Incoming students

Deadlines for Erasmus+ students:

• for the WINTER SEMESTER - 1st June
• for the SUMMER SEMESTER - 1st December

Language of instruction at all fields of study: English (B1, B2 level).
Exception: Spanish studies and Polish studies. 

FORMS:

1. Learning Agreement Form
2. Transcript of Records Form
3. Changes to Learning Agreement
4. After mobility to Learning Agreement
5. Housing Request Form For Studies

The documents should be sent to the coordinator of proper faculty at UBB.

A student applying for study period at the University of Bielsko-Biala to adds the following documents to the compulsory forms:

1. copy of ID document / passport
2. copy of visa (if applicable)
3. copy of health insurance

and sends them via regular post along with the applications or at least via e-mail before arrival.

Description of the institutional grading system
  5 = excellent
  4.5 = very good
  4 = good
  3.5 = satisfactory
  3 = sufficient
  2 = fail

European grading system
  A = excellent
  B = very good
  C = good
  D = satisfactory
  E = sufficient
  F = fail       

How to stay longer in Poland?
In order to extend your study/traineeship period please contat your coordinator at both the University of Bielsko-Biala and at your home university.
