HRS4R Strategy

The preparation and implementation of the HR Strategy for Researchers at the University of Bielsko-Biała is associated with the initiation of the process of applying for the right to use the Human Resources Excellence in Research quality mark. This quality mark is awarded by the European Commission to institutions that implement the principles outlined in the European Charter for Researchers (new version of the Charter – https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/PL/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:C_202301640).

The basis for initiating the application process is the possession of an HR Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), which, together with the policy of Open, Transparent, and Merit-based Recruitment (OTM-R), serves as a practical tool for implementing the Charter’s principles.

The Human Resources Management Strategy aimed at researchers aligns with the university’s commitment that: "Scientific research at the University of Bielsko-Biała is conducted at the highest level in cooperation with leading research institutions in Poland and abroad, using advanced and innovative methods that respond to the needs of modern industry and society."
