On April 25, 2024, the University of Bielsko-Biala hosted an International Hybrid Conference for teachers and educators, uniting seven project partners from various European countries: Poland, Belgium, Cyprus, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, and Finland. The event focused on advancing transversal skills within the framework of blended learning.
Attendees engaged in a diverse range of sessions, including lectures on transversal skills, blended learning methodologies, the flipped classroom model, and game-based teaching. These sessions aimed to equip educators with innovative approaches to enhance student learning experiences.
Throughout the conference, participants took an active part in workshop sessions covering topics such as blended rotation, flipped classroom implementation, and integrating game-based teaching strategies into the curriculum.
This gathering marked the culmination of the Social Skills in Blended Learning for Better Student Achievement Project, an initiative co-funded by the European Union. By bringing together educators from across Europe, the conference provided a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional development, ultimately contributing to the advancement of teaching practices and student outcomes in the participating countries!
